Advertising Intake
We are looking forward to working with you on your digital marketing
program. In order to get things started, please review the instructions
below and complete this quick form. This will ensure we have everything
we need so our team can hit the ground running.
Client Actions
Step 1 – Set up a Facebook Business Manager
Go to
business.facebook.com
. If you already have access to a Business Manager, you can click the
dropdown menu located at the top of the sidebar. Then skip to Step
2.
• Click “Create an account” and Login with Facebook.
(You must have a personal Facebook account.)
• Enter your business details:
- Business name
(It should match the public name of your business or organization)
- Your name
- Business email
• Click Submit to create your portfolio. You’ll get an email asking
to confirm your business email address.
• Once you’ve created your business manager, add business assets,
such as Pages, ad accounts, datasets and Instagram accounts:

Add a Page to your business manager

Add ad accounts to your business manager

Add an Instagram account to your business manager

Set up a Meta Pixel with a business manager
Step 2 – Provide Access to Platforms
Give our team Partner Access to Business Assets in Business Manager. Please
follow the instructions below:
Facebook
In business.facebook.com/settings, navigate to Users > Partners.
Click the Blue "Add" button and choose "Give a partner access to
your assets."
Under Partner Business, add the following ID:
380295592313589 and click Next.
a. Select asset type as "Pages." In the middle, choose your business
page. On the right, under Assign Permissions, select "Full Control."
b. If you have an ad account, select "Ad Account" as the asset type,
choose your ad account in the middle, and on the right, select "Full
Control."
c. If you have pixels, click on "Datasets," select your pixel, and
on the right, choose "Full Control."
Hit the "Save Changes" blue button.
Instagram
In
business.facebook.com/settings, navigate to Users > Partners.
Clicks on image.works and click on the button that says “Share
assets”.
Select Instagram account in the left column, select your Instagram
account in the middle and click Full Control > Everything in
right and hit save.
Youtube
Go to studio.youtube.com.
On the left menu towards the bottom, click Settings with the gear
icon.
Under Settings menu, click on Permissions.
Click the blue INVITE link in the top right.
For email, add: imageworksdirect@gmail.com and for access select
"Manager."
Hit Done and Save.
LinkedIn
Go to linkedin.com/campaignmanager
Sign in using the account with admin access to your LinkedIn page
Set up a LinkedIn Manager Account If not already done. Name the account
and link your LinkedIn Page to account.
Setup Billing if Needed:
a. Go to "Account Settings" in the left menu, then to "Billing Center."
b. Add a payment method.
Accept Access Request:
a. Check for an invitation from our image.works LinkedIn Business
Manager.
b. Visit your LinkedIn page, click the Admin Tools dropdown, and
select "Manage Admins."
c. Find the pending request from image.works and click "Review."
d. Review the request and click "Accept." (Contact us if you do not
see the invite and we can resend.)
